In this tutorial we’ll take a look at the process of downloading media from individual observations. It will also show you how to download a bulk export of media once this has been generated by the setting. You can find the steps for the Tapestry app here.

Relatives will only be able to download media if permissions have been granted by the setting.
Downloading media from individual observations
Images and Videos can be downloaded from individual observations by selecting the observation from the Observations menu.
Select the Download media option located below the media.
Select the images to be downloaded. Once selected they will be added to your devices download folder.
Media can also be downloaded from Memos using the same steps after clicking on download these photos and videos.
Downloading a bulk file of media
Managers at the setting will be able to generate a zip file of media that you can download. Select Downloads from the menu on the left.
The media will be saved as a zip file. To download the media select Download next to the file, this will add the file to your devices downloads folder.
