Save paper and time by creating and sharing care diary entries digitally
Streamline your processes
The Tapestry Care Diary allows you to record children’s food consumption, toileting, sleeps, milk feeds, accidents, and anything else you’d like through the general log, as well as providing a messaging tool to discuss those with relatives.
For schools or settings who don’t need all of the above, Accidents only can be enabled on its own.
The Care Diary is available on the iOS and Android apps, as well as the browser version of Tapestry.Â
Only need Accidents?
If you don’t require all of the entry types within the Care Diary and just need access to the Accidents section, you can enable ‘Accidents only’.
This allows you to log accident entries, send comments to relatives, notify relatives with parental responsibility, and take digital signatures.
Quickly record
Using the simple interface you can add records for one child at a time or for multiple children at once. You can even create a bulk entry with small tweaks for individuals within a group.
Staff can see a daily timeline of a child’s care and share it with relatives or carers when they’re ready.
Accident reporting made simple
Accidents can be recorded either within the Care Diary or Accidents only. You can include details of the accidents, any first aid given, and attach a Body Map if needed.
Once an accident is marked as discussed, you can choose to collect a digital signature via Tapestry or obtain a physical signature in person. Relatives with parental responsibility will be automatically notified.
