We’re more than happy to answer any queries you have, but if you need us to look into account activity or your subscriptions, we’ll need to identify you and link you to the relevant account(s). The more information you can provide, the faster we can assist you.
If you have questions about your Tapestry subscription, package size, payments, or renewal invoices, we can use the following information to link you to your account:

Your invoice number
If you need us to look into your account, such as at user profiles, details and activity, your management system setup or at your account history we need:
To be contacted from an email address registered as a manager on the account
I am a parent...
If you are a parent and your query relates to your account, for example you’re having trouble logging in or you need to change any details, you need to contact your child’s school or setting directly.
Our team is not able to look into your data without permission from a managerial user on the school or setting’s account.Â
Your child’s school or setting will be able to update any of your details, as well as help you to log in. If they get stuck though, they can always get in touch with us!
