Before you allow staff and relatives to start communicating with each other, it’s worth thinking about how you want this feature to be used in your school/setting. This article covers some of the key things to consider, such as who will be to access it and where.
Who can send messages?
Conversations can be between staff and relatives, or staff and staff. Relatives can not message other relatives.
In addition, managers can view all conversations, including those they are not a part of.
