In this tutorial we’ll take a look at how you can purchase a Wonde integration for your account. Wonde lets you import child and relative profiles from your MIS (such as SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom) into Tapestry. You can find out more about the Wonde integration on Tapestry here.
The integration costs £60 + VAT per year, per educational setting. This means that if, for example, you have separate Tapestry subscriptions for KS1 and KS2 you only need to pay for the Wonde integration once per year for both of your subscriptions.
If you’ve already paid for the integration on another Tapestry account, please contact customer.service@eyfs.info to enable it across all your accounts.
Only a manager staff user will be able to purchase the Wonde integration through the browser version of Tapestry.
Navigating to Account Management
To start, go to Help > Account > Account Management.
Adding Wonde to your subscription
This will take you to your account management page where you can see the details of your account, such as: expiry date, account ID, who we send invoices to.
Under the Manage your Tapestry subscription section you can see your current subscription. To add on the Wonde integration click on Change.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Wonde and Tapestry section. click on + Add Wonde to your annual subscription. You can then see it within the summary, and if you’re happy to proceed click on Confirm change.

Paying for your Wonde integration
Your Wonde integration invoice will then be generated. Click on View all invoices to view your pending invoice.
The financial contact/s for your subscription will also receive the invoice via email and can access it from there.
Your invoice will look something like this. To pay your invoice, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Pay.
You will then have three different options for payment. We would recommend paying via card, is possible, as this is the quickest payment method. If you choose this option simply follow the steps to make the card payment.
If you pay via cheque or BACS the payment can take up to 5 working days for us to process.
Once the invoice has been marked as paid the financial contact will receive an email to confirm.
Back on your account you will also see that your subscription details have updated.
And that’s it! Now you have completed the purchase of your Wonde integration you can proceed with importing data from Wonde.
