If Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) has been enabled by a manager on your Tapestry, this tutorial will talk you through how to access your account via the browser version of Tapestry.
How to login with MFA
To get started, you’ll need to login to your Tapestry account as normal from tapestryjournal.com using your email address and password.
You will then be sent a notification email which contains a six-digit code that you will need to enter on the next screen.
Please note, this code is only valid for 10 minutes.
Back on your web browser, after entering your email address and password, you will then see the Two-factor authentication screen where you will need to enter the Authentication code and then click Validate to login.
Once you’ve successfully entered an authentication code, you won’t be asked again for 30 days, unless your IP address changes (i.e. you’re logging in from a different location).
What to do if you don't receive the authentication email
- Firstly, if you’ve not received the notification email with an authentication code, we would recommend you check your junk or spam folder to ensure the email has not been filtered into there.
- If you find the email, but the code is no longer valid because over 10 minutes has passed, you can send another email from the validation screen by clicking on ‘Email not arrived? Send a new code‘.
- If you don’t see an email in your spam or junk folder at all, it’s worth trying to send another email following the points in the step above.
- If you still aren’t receiving the email with the code in, you will need to speak to a manager on your account and they can look into this for you. If they need any help with this, or if you are the only manager on the account, do get in touch with us by emailing customer.service@eyfs.info.
